What we collect
- Contact form data. If you request an audit we collect your name, email address, company name, website URL and your message, solely to reply to your request and prepare the audit you asked for.
- Technical logs. Like any web service, our infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamp) for security, abuse prevention and operational purposes.
- Analytics. This site uses privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics that do not profile you and do not share data with third parties.
Legal basis
Contact data is processed to take steps at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Server logs and security telemetry are processed under legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Sharing and transfers
Data is not sold and not shared with third parties outside the technical providers needed to operate the service. The site is hosted on self-managed infrastructure.
Retention
Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing via our contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
